My husband is a DJ and he really likes it he likes the whole party out.
I ordered two lights, and one showed up with a loose end cap that couldn’t be fixed. They sent a replacement right away, even before I had sent the first one back. It arrived in time for my gig, so I could get everything set up. Really happy with their service!
With reference to the lights.
Fantastic, in the past I have owned Martin Mac 250s and 300s moving heads and these compare, anyone who knows about lighting will understand this is a very high compliment. The build quality for such a cheap unit is really good and the performance is fantastic. I also had a Martin trained engineer install the lights and he was equally impressed and he’s not impressed easily. As for reliability I’m afraid I have no way of judging, time will tell. My opinion at this moment is they are fantastic value for money. I would definitely buy again.
Reference Betopper as a company-
I had problems with both a part of the delivery not being delivered and another part damaged in transit, neither of these problems can be blamed on betopper, however Betopper needed to resolve the problems and they did, they agreed to replace the damaged items without fuss and resend the lost items, they carried this out without fuss and with efficiently. The customer service was fantastic.
The only complaint I would have is regarding the delivery service, if Betopper can find a better delivery service it would be beneficial.
I would 100% buy from Betopper again, I would definitely recommend their products to other.
Before buying customer service answered all my questions quickly about shipping and any other question I had. It only took a short time for me to receive the lights and really have become a big part of my show. A great deal of value.

Bought 2 and bought 2 more right after checking out the first 2. I have some Chauvet and ADJ moving heads and these are just as good for a quarter of the price. I was VERY impressed with the customer service as well. I'll be buy more of these for sure!

I love these lights. I have taken them out on a few gigs and they are more powerful and brighter than I expected. As a wedding DJ, I love that they are easy to transport and very affordable. I plan on getting a couple more!
