What is CRI ?

The Color Rendering Index (CRI) measures how well a light source displays colors compared to natural light. The scale ranges from 0 to 100, with higher values indicating better color accuracy.

For stage performances, high CRI lighting is essential as it ensures colors appear true and vibrant, enhancing the visual impact of costumes, sets, and props. This leads to a more immersive and visually appealing experience for the audience.

Impressive brightness

The light weight of this par light can mislead a person into thinking it's poor quality. Compared to other quality lights I have, it is very light. However, I have been very surprised at how bright this is. As the pictures show, this is bright enough to light up a large room on its own. In real life I would use several of these for an event, so brightness definitely is not a concern.

This light seems to be based on a newer LED technology. All the LEDs are located on a wafer that is only a third of an inch thick. Behind this wafer is just empty space; there is a small fan that is much quieter than fans on my other par lights. It looks like the fan speed can be adjusted through the settings.

The other thing that really impresses me is just how cool this light is. My other lights put out quite a bit of heat and can even be hot to the touch. Putting my hand in front of this light after several minutes of operation, I can barely feel any heat; definitely no need to worry about getting burned. With hardly any heat, it makes me think that this light uses a lot less energy as well.

This is the first light I have with barn doors. They mounted easily to the face of the light fixture and are stiff enough to stay in whatever position they are adjusted to. They help to contain the spread of the light to a reasonable degree.

The light contains what seems to be the usual features, including sound sensing, flashing and DMX. This light uses a commercial-style power cable that locks in place, and includes power (and DMX) feed-through capabilities. The one thing missing that I wish it had is UV/black light capability.

Given its brightness and cool operation, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more of these lights for a big event.

Highly Recommended for Anyone Seeking Powerful Stage Lighting!

At first glance, online images can often make products look bigger or more impressive than they really arebut that's certainly not the case with the Betopper 5000 Lumen Stage Light. This light is seriously bright, and when I say it delivers, I mean it. As someone who regularly works with stage lighting, Ive had my share of lights that promised a lot but didnt quite deliver. The Betopper 5000 Lumin is the real deal. Despite its plastic casing, the LED technology ensures that the light produces almost no heat, which is a great feature for extended use.

The setup was mostly straightforward, though one of the screws for the barn doors didnt line up perfectly due to physical constraints. However, it was a minor issue that didnt hinder the overall experience. The LED menu on the back provides several options for customizing the light, including adjustments for color temperature, ranging from warm to cool hues, and a strobe effect that adds an extra layer of flair. The included instructions were simple, offering a color code guide to help you adjust the settings to your needs. While the assembly was easy, keep in mind that this unit requires a three-prong power source.

Pros & Cons
? Impressive Brightness: The 54 x 4W LED bulbs deliver up to 5000 lumens, making it one of the brightest lights in this price range. Perfect for lighting up large venues, stages, and parties.
? Color Accuracy: With a CRI of over 90, this light offers excellent color accuracy, ensuring that everything, from objects to skin tones, looks natural and vibrant. Ideal for photo shoots, studio settings, and video recordings.
? RGBW Full Color: The RGBW light sources (red, green, blue, and white) provide brighter, purer colors than standard RGB lights, giving you more versatility in creating dynamic lighting effects.
? Multiple Control Options: Offering DMX, automatic, and sound-activated modes, this light is a great fit for both indoor and outdoor events. It's easy to sync with speakers for a complete DJ light effect.
? Adjustable Barn Doors: The barn doors allow for precise angle adjustments, giving you full control over the light spread and making it easier to direct the beam where you want it.

? Barn Door Alignment Issues: One of the screws for the barn doors didnt fit perfectly, though this was a minor inconvenience.
? Basic Instructions: The instructions are a bit sparse, mostly consisting of a color code guide, so it might take some time to figure out the full range of settings.
? Requires Three-Prong Power Source: Youll need a three-prong power connection, so make sure you have the proper outlets available.

Final Verdict: A Must-Have for Your Lighting Arsenal
If you're looking for an affordable, high-performance stage light, the Betopper 5000 Lumin Stage Light is a great choice. With its exceptional brightness, color accuracy, and multiple control options, this light is perfect for lighting up large venues, DJ performances, parties, and photo shoots. The only minor drawbacks are the barn door alignment issue and basic instructions, but those wont stop you from enjoying its full capabilities. For the price, this light offers an incredible value, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of high-quality stage lighting.

Super bright light with lots of menu options - some balance and possible ruggedness concerns

The Betopper LPC010-B is a super-bright 5000 Lm stage light with a full-featured menu of color and light intensity options. It comes with stand/mount brackets and adjustable barn doors to manage the light source range. The included barn door mounting screws have thread-lock applied to prevent them from backing out. I also like the SpeakOn style twist connector power cable that it comes with (although it's not very long) as well as the audio in/out XLR jacks for syncing to music signals.

The light seemed larger to me than I anticipated based on the pictures in the listing. An integrated fan keeps the temperature under control operates quietly, and it can be manually or automatically adjusted. The overall light housing is fairly light; which can create some balance issues when the metal barn doors are installed. I found that keeping the doors closed while adjusting the angle of the light, then opening the doors worked the best (otherwise it would easily tip over). I also noted that the bracket stands would work better with some lock washers installed to help keep them clamped down tightly.

The included instruction sheet includes a table outlining all of the menu functions and descriptions, and the menu control buttons on the rear panel are easy to access and operate. I'm still a bit concerned about the sturdiness of the outer housing, which seems a bit light-duty. I think this is best suited for a fixed installation in a theater (or photo studio) as opposed to taking on the road to travelling shows. I'll be using this for travelling band shows, so I'll update the review if I start to see significant wear over time. My initial impression of the lighting output, however, is very good - this is a bright light!

Customizable Par light

Bright light projection with barn doors for masking. The colors arent super saturated but theyre flashy and bright. Fan is always on, even if its cold but the unit isnt very loud.

Unit isnt heavy as it has a plastic housing. Power cable is short.

Needs a DMX controller for customization, otherwise youre limited to vanilla presets or sound mode. The buttons on the back allow manual adjustments and can serve as an on/off switch.

Feels like a value minded RGB PAR light but its responsive and the features work well.

Such a great little par light

This will not only brighten any stage show or DJ venue, or theatrical production, it's also quite useful for photography, especially thanks to the included barn doors. Great little light in and of itself, but that just adds that little extra je ne sais quoito to bring it all up to a professional level. ?? ??

Externals: Pic-1 is the separate packed support brackets so that there is no scraping the flat black finish Pic-2 is the VERY short PowerCon AC plug (3-feet). Pic-3 is the assembly hand **** for the Pic-1 brackets. Pic-4 is the barn door packaging that is very nicely done. Inside the box is also the mounting screws. Pic 5 is the doors folded from box removal, and Pic-6 is doors open, and Pic-7 is a close-up for the hinges and Pic 8 is the direct mounting of the hinge on the fixture. Notice that the mounting is only on 2 180 degree from each other sides. Pic 9 is a rear view displaying PowerCon (both & and out), DMX (in & out), and control panel.
Internals: Pic-11 is the LED circuit board supporting SMD LEDs 505RGBW, and Pic-12 is a surface mound device that I am (pardon my ignorance) unaware of. Pic-13 is a closeup of the LED (newer design) that does appear to support the seller's advertised 1-watt per color, per LED. Pic-14 is a very well done soldering process, and indicative of a professional system - implementation of a surface mount NTC (negative temperature coefficient) sensing device to prevent damage to the LEDs in the case of fan failure, etc. overheating! KUDOS. This is rarely implemented in MOST similar imports! Pic-15 is the 36-Volt, 160-Watt switch mode power supply with proper and professional AC leads and interlock fastened DC output connector. Pic-16 is the controller/display circuit board Notice that the DC power connector is retained with a push-clip, and all other connectors held in place with anti-vibration dope - PROFESSIONAL! Kudos! Pic-17 is evidence of LocTite type of anti-vibration dope that was used on all mounting screws within the fixture.
This fixture has far more capabilities for color (especially the white spectrum) control for theater and stage use, as well as photography studio. The 216-watts claimed is probably quite accurate and extremely bright!. DMX control for both 4 & 8 channel were tested and conform to the User Manual.

This is a BRIGHT light!

WOW, just like hollywood! Well, at least they look like movie and TV lights with the barn doors, anyway.

SO, these RGBW lights are pretty simple in function. 4 or 8 channel modes that are basic, but that's what I want when using lights along with a DMX control console. The high point here is the Aluminum construction, instead of plastic, and the BRIGHT 200 watt output with all elements driven.

The barn doors do a good job with containing the beam as needed. They do add a bit of extra weight, and the light can be used without the barn doors installed.

This light may seem expensive to some, but it punches WELL above its weight class. I'm quite impressed by the performance.
