30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Betopper offers a 30-day money back guarantee for goods purchased directly from We are confident that you will love your new Betopper product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us to arrange a return.

Subject to the terms below.

  1. Betopper must be notified no later than 30 days after a customer places their orders.
  2. The products have to be in ''New'' condition, have original packaging, returned with all accessories and in a resalable condition. Betopper reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, that can be deducted from the refundable amount.
  3. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If an item was purchased with ''FREE postage'', the cost will be charged at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price.
  4. Customers shall return items at their own cost and time and must prepay all shipping charges or associated costs.
  5. The customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Betopper.
  6. If the product is returned to Betopper without a return authorization number, and/or beyond a thirty (30) day period, and/or without proper packaging, Betopper retains the right to refuse delivery of such return or may return the unit to the customer at the customer's expense and with no refund issued.
  7. After the returned item has been inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 days. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by 3rd parties (such as payment processes etc)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at


Exchange (if applicable)

Betopper will replace (at Betopper's expense) any Betopper product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.


Return & Refund Conditions

Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Betopper reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that Betopper does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
  • Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications.
  • Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.

How to Return an Item

To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Betopper will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get an RMA form by contacting us via telephone or email for assistance.


Process for Returning Product

  1. Initiate a return: Please email us at with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
  3. All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact Betopper at for assistance.
  4. Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to Betopper. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
  5. Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charge

If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Please note: If the package cannot be signed for due to your incorrect delivery address, you will be responsible for the loss and we will not accept your claim.
