1.What is the shipping time?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
All orders take 1 to 2 business days to process, fill, and ship.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
After the parcel is shipped out, you will receive a notification email with tracking number for your order.
Shipping time: this refers to the time when the order is shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, it usually takes 1-7 business days to arrive at their destination, but it may be longer for some countries or a bit delay for some unpredictable factors.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)
2.What countries do you ship to?
We can deliver to the following countries:
- United States (USA Warehouse)
- United Kingdom (UK Warehouse)
- Japan (JP Warehouse)
- India (IN Warehouse)
- EU countries (EU Warehouse)
- Czech Republic
We cannot deliver to the following areas:
- American Samoa
- Marshall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Puerto Rico
- Rhode Island
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Armed Forces Americas
- Armed Forces Europe
- Armed Forces Pacific
No delivery to remote areas of various countries.
Note : The above places are remote areas and we do not provide free shipping. If you place an order, you need to pay extra for the shipping fee, which will be charged in the actual amount.

3.How will my delivery be shipped?
The packages will be shipped out from our local warehouse. Generally, we choose Amazon FBA as our logistics partner to ship out Betopper products. They will choose the best carrier that they think works better for our customers.
If the product is not in stock in the local warehouse, we will ship it from the China warehouse.
4.Which warehouse should I choose?
Please choose the warehouse in your country (Nearest choice). If you are from EU countries, please just choose EU warehouse; If there isn't any option of your country or the product is out of stock in your country, please just choose CN Warehouse.
5.I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
In rare cases, your government (rather than our site) may impose customs fees on the order and you will be responsible for paying these fees. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities of your country or any other country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs fees, duties and taxes.
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded
International shipping might experience delay due to covid-19. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email: email@example.com , we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, customs, weather, limited flight caused by and so on, which is really unpredictable. Thanks for your understanding and support.
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
Please note: If the package cannot be signed for due to your incorrect delivery address, you will be responsible for the loss and we will not accept your claim. If your order has not been shipped, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to change your address. If your order has already been shipped, you cannot change your address.
What can I do if there isn't available stock in our countries?
You can choose to ship from CN warehouse, or you can contact us at email@example.com, and our professional customer service team will answer your questions.
What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
